I wouldn't necessarily say I'm a photographer, just a man that owns a camera! Bought a Fujifilm S5600 in March 2007 and learned the ropes with that (took 11000 pics in a year!) before taking the plunge into the cash-sucking DSLR world with the Canon 450D which is rather nice!
I like;

"I've known Adam for quite a while and creativity just oozes out of him. Thankfully, up until now he'd all but stayed out of the forum I was interested in so I continue drifting along in relative security thinking "well, I'm not bad at this photo malarky". Now Ads is taking photos (with a little camera I might add) and within a very short time is coming out with much more interesting, brave, interactive and technically spot on results than I ever expect to. I shall now have to move into creative gardening and hope Adam never gets his hoe out."
