I'm the Chief Engagement Officer and partner for an Internet marketing agency, Immersion Active.

I consider myself a very amateur photographer, but an expert level Photoshop user.

I try to leave my images alone as much as possible, but I'll get in Photoshop and make something happen if need be. I enjoy the final product more than anything.

I have the utmost respect for folks who can make things happen without Photoshop, but I consider it my darkroom, and I don't feel bad about it. After all, you can accomplish many of the same things with neutral density and other special filters, infrared film, etc.

I love traveling, particularly to locales that have opportunities to hike and be outside. Some of my favorite spots are Arizona and New Zealand. I hail from Maryland, where I feel lucky to have 4 seasons and be close to the Chesapeake Bay, mountains, farmland, and beaches. Even though they're pretty crappy beaches. :-)
