Todd has been a full time children's pastor for 17+ years and has led children's ministries ranging from urban church start ups to his current urban/suburban church of 5000+ at Sheffield Family Life Center in Kansas City Missouri. Todd's passion is clearly about equipping and inspiring world changers on their leadership journey. Todd accomplishes this through a variety of creative and effective ways ranging from speaking at a variety of camps, conference speaker, being a Kidology Coach and in addition, he is Kidology's Executive Operations Coordinator where he provides a hands-on look at the world of children's ministry, allowing his leadership and management skills to effectively keep Kidology focused on providing tools that help equip and inspire those who minister to world changing kids. Todd has been married to Rachel for 13 years and has 3 children, Zachary age 12, Camille age 9 and their new addition Jenelle age 4 months.
