I'm a Building Superintendent in a Manhattan Condo. I supervise all the work that takes place in the building. When I find a worker interesting I ask him to model for me for a brief moment just as they are while immersed in their work. I use one Alien Bee strobe with an umbrella and one or two reflectors on the side. I like to create a "painting" effect similar to the Renaissance portraits.
