my current bio:
Jane LaFazio is a mixed media artist who works in paper and cloth. She has been active in the San Diego art scene since 1993, in the last few years has begun teaching art quilts, watercolor journaling to adults and art to elementary school kids. Her artwork has been featured in galleries, juried mixed media exhibitions and publications including the books “Material Visions: A Gallery of Miniature Art Quilts,” “Fabric Art Gallery,” “Beginner’s Guide to Art Quilt,” and magazines “Quilting Arts,” and “Cloth, Paper, Scissors.” Jane’s website www.PlainJaneStudio.com has a link to her blog www.JaneVille.blogspot.com where you can see almost daily postings of her sketches, art quilts and other creative projects.
