Faster than a speeding turtle, More powerful than a tri-cycle, Able to leap tall breadboxes in a single bound, Look, up on the ground! Its Miracle Man!

I don't heal people. I'm not destined for saint-hood. I'm just a humble professional educator, highly experienced computer/networking geek who loves sports and occasionally takes a photo or two (okay, the last bit is a stretch, I shoot a lot).

I've been dealing with the Internet and Personal Computers before there was an Internet and Personal Computers. I've been around the block with that regard. Not to be arrogant, but yea, there is little I've not experienced.

Today, I'm paid to teach people how to use and program our custom content management system for a large news/media company. I also play Project Manager and Walking Knowledge base as well and I get to still do a fair amount of coding which makes me happy.

My second passion has to be photography. With over 30 years of photography experience and knowledge and have shot professionally for 10 of those years including owning a very successful sports event photography business and a strong background in the news/media industry. People tell me I'm pretty good at it. But like the computer industry, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge and I love to share it.

Which ties back into that instructor thing. I love sharing knowledge from coaching kids in sports to teaching programmers how to program, its all about giving back.

I know this may have come off cocky and arrogant, but I'm really a quiet shy guy, married for 25+ years and father of two.

That's me in a nutshell. Come visit me on my other sites!

I can be found at www.robmiracle.com or at my Model Mayhem site.

I also enjoy traveling.

"It only takes a few minutes of browsing Rob Miracles photostream to understand why he is called the Miracle Man. Take a look at his pictures of people. You will find a great sense of the moment and a great sense of humor.

You’ll also want to read his posts. There you will discover his technical prowess and his careful attention to answering other photographer’s questions.

Hard core Flickr member too… has to be a good guy.

And don’t forget to click on his web link www.robmiracle.com. More great stuff there…"

"I am not sure what everyone else is talking about. I don't think Rob is a quite guy. On the contrary, I think his topics of conversation are very interesting and colorful, just like his pictures. He loves to share his knowledge and dept of photograph and I have always tried to absorb as much of that knowledge from him. He is a really good person, and awesome photographer and he always make me jealous with this Nikon 70-200 shots."

"Rob's quiet and easygoing manner only hints at the depth of his knowledge of the tools, techniques, and business of photography. Having made a living behind the lens, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge into the Raleigh that I value highly. The more you talk with him, the more thought provoking the conversation becomes. As a shooter, he is absolutely top notch too! In short, he's a consummate professional, a subtle teacher, and guy well worth taking the time to get to know."

"Rob is a Quiet Presence in the Raleigh flickr meetup group, which is where I finally met him, after noticing his photos with the flickrname, Miracle Man.
Now Who wouldn't want to meet a guy with that ambitious-sounding handle?
Turns out his name IS Miracle! He lives up to his name in the unassuming photographs he makes of pretty much whatever amuses him at any moment... exploring Beauty in a sidewalk garden or exposing Time in it's flow around a pair of feet in the surf...
    - Little Miracles (ahem).
I have watched him sharing studio lighting information with those new to such things.. and have seen him sharing his quiet sense of fun during a recent meetup portrait session.
    ..in a word..
Well..too late for that, I guess..
Better than words, click back over and enjoy his stream.. leave him an appreciative word..
    or More.. ;-)
