Beauty is not necessarily my aim when taking pictures, but life. Through photography I try to capture and possess a piece of the puzzle of life, of the wonders of creation, of the world. That's why I don't produce calendar photos or fine art photos. But I hope to present life and the world the way I look at it through the lens of the camera. Whether what I make is a thing of beauty or not is really secondary. And not terribly important.
