  But Joshey in the guise of the mysterious Dr. Hastings does just that and more. It is obvious that he is willing to bring out that something extra from deep in his psyche to share with us. Along his path to freedom he has chosen to take a shovel to his soul and put it out there for the world to see. And combined with his talent he has achieved something to rise above the rest.
