Flickr must be the biggest thing to hit photography since the Digital Camera.
It's awesome, to be able to share and see so many excellent works of art, it has improved my ability immensely. Whoever came up with it is a genius.
I am in the Airforce as a Aviation Tech. and living in Auburn, Nova Scotia. Its about 15 minutes from the Bay of Fundy where a lot of my pics are taken.
Right now i am renovating a old farm house built in the 1880's and as you can see by my pics i am in to old buildings, they have so much character.
Equipment : Canon Rebel XTi
Canon 10-22mm lens
Sigma 50-500mm
Tokina 16-50mm lens (if it ever comes out)
B+W F-Pro Polarizing filter
Hoya Pro-1 Super HMC UV filter
Canon G6
Technique : I use Phtomatix a fair bit as you can see by my shots to make HDR images which i fine tune in PS. i also started layering photos in PS.

He has a talent for photography, renovating, walking his dogs, kayaking, snowmobiling, hockey, hiking, camping, making furniture, gardening, mechanics, computers and so on, etc.. He can figure out just about anything. As Brandon used to say when he was younger - "John, do you know everything?" and as John used to say "Yes, I do"..!!
