I'm a Welsh, shy, very political, slightly overweight, graphic designer, with a love of typography, photography, permaculture, deep green philosophy and bears.

My primary cameras are a sturdy, second hand Nikon D80 and a lovely Olympus XZ1. And my mobile phone (which takes quite nice photos actually, you big camera snob you!). I also own a beautiful Voigtlander Bessa R2 with 50mm Nokton F1.5 prime lens, that doesn't get much use.

For me, wide apertures make photography fun. My camera is permanently on aperture priority as a result.

I love receiving and reading comments, but I rarely reply - please do not take it personally - I'm just a bit shy.

Please do not post graphics in comments, I hate that. I'll delete them if you do.

A subset of these images are available at high enough resolution and quality to be used for professional print purposes. Most are suitable for the majority of uses online, on various digital distribution methods, and on SDTV and HDTV use.
