"To me, Jennie seems like the type of photographer that is more concerned with evoking a sense of soul with her images than with the technical aspect of photography. In her film work you can notice the way the light artifacts creep into the frame, almost intentionally, to create a kind of charming imperfection that pulls you in. It is the imperfect that is important, here. Her images are both playful and affectionate, and you can tell that Jennie has a beautiful heart."
