I'm basically a practicing Psychiatrist and a self-taught artist as well. I'm simple, friendly and straight forward person; believe in mutual respect and human dignity.
I'm into photography, painting, and write on psychosocial issues and at times my derailed thoughts takes the form of poetry.
I call my work as "The Politics of Stress" which basically is a dialogue with the society and system in which we are entrapped.
In my initial phase as an artist I was into realistic art mostly doing still life and pen and ink sketches, but now I must admit that being a disciple and friend of LATE SADEQUAIN I have identified my self with him, and my work has turned into distortion, surrealism or kind of modern art, but my contents are human emotions / expressions and social issues rather than the cactus.

Sixty years of independence

Thoughts are fragmented jumbled up in the mind

I still feel ashamed!

No escape as yet from the sphere of the bubble

Trapped in the bubbles no way out

Rappers of my antidepressants have gathered there on the floor

I’m afraid if any one popes in, would know the reality

But I’m my self unaware of it and finding the hidden meaning

Why are we afraid and governed by fear?

Curfew in the capital and massacre in the mosques

No food, no doctor and no morgue to keep the dead

DNA testing to find the identity

No way of knowing how long this would go on

Busy market place had a haunted look

Multiple demands of lawyers running amok under the hidden patronage

Suicide boomers Jihads and mullahs

Axis of evil and weapons of mass destructions

Charity is the name of the game for running an NGO

Army police and establishment all are corrupt

Power failures load shedding generators

Floods rainwater and thunder storms death by electrocution with out any sentence

Mockery of judiciary and politics at the cost of those who were martyred and buried with out honors!

Farewell to the free thinker and martial laws

There is nothing real every thing is digital and composed directed by the new masters

No real tunes from the soul on the Independence Day

Every thing is biologically and mechanically engineered

Molecular genetics clones and test tube babies

Robots and artificial intelligence

No human fragrance is there, but just all body deodorants

To wash away the psychological disgust as compulsives do

Dead fishes on the shore and oil spells and nuclear technology

Mobile networks and email connecting us

We are sitting in front of a cable TV

Watching the never ending saga of mother in law and daughter

And children are playing a war game on their play station three

No love no emotions no hugs and kisses

People are numb and so busy to express

Or is it the society is pronounced dead by the doctors

Underground pamphlets are spreading call it material of hatred like wildfire.

Democratically elected autocratic government replaced by an unelected autocratic one

Full term of the assemblies but this time again the child is a still birth!
