I have sold my work at art festivals and galleries around the Pacific Northwest. I currently paint mainly from a photo reference of an object, then let my imagination run wild with the rest. Occasionally, as I suppose all artists do, I wake in the early morning hours with a 'painting vision'. I jump up and start right in on getting it down before the memory of it leaves me.

Currently, I work from my home studio, also take care of my wheelchair bound 91 yr old mother who lives with us. These days, time to paint must be STOLEN from the day!

And, one last thought in conclusion:
If you are an artist....Make the time to paint NOW! Life is short and uncertain. You may not have favorable health, circumstance and opportunity later in life.
