"I hardly ever leave testimonials for people, I mean, admire a lot of photographers on Flickr, a lot of young people have amazing technical skill and make gorgeous pictures. Now, once in a while I stumble into a photostream thats just perfect; llores photos show such an amount of sentiment, it makes you want to know the subjects because you feel you have met them before. Now, she also has a great level of technical skill to make these pictures look so beautiful, and a great eye for design in order to make her 2 or more picture combinations. Alll in all, Ive been stuck looking at her pictures for about 40 minutes and Im almost late for class. I truly believe she'll be one of the big ones on flickr in no time."

"When I first saw Llore's work I thought I was looking at the work of someone much older, someone already aware of the importance of evoking nostalgia with photography, and who recognized the many opportunities we have every day to perform this vital task. I was blown away by the fact that she is only 19.
The term I use is 'the vision", and you can't learn it or be taught it. You either have it or you don't. Llore already has it at 19. She can recognize the drama of the everyday situation, find the perfect angle and incorporate all the vital elements that draw in the viewer and invoke powerful emotions -- a sun flare, a certain slant of light, a child's smile, a shadow across someone's face.
Anyone can capture a "moment" but it takes vision, sensibiliity and compassion for life to be able to turn that moment into art.
