All of my work is licensed with the Creative Commons license. The license I use PROHIBITS commercial usage of my work.

That said, there's only so much I can do to 'defend' my ownership online, if you use one of my photos somewhere, please let me know where you use it.

If you are planning to use my photo in print; in a book, magazine, newspaper, etc, please contact me to discuss licensing for higher resolution images to be used in a commercial manner.

Usage of my work that is not explicitly permitted by the Creative Commons licensing or other license is copyright infringement. I am not a litigious person, but this is something I believe strongly in (photographer's rights).

I am tired of Flickr being used as a means to undermine the stock photography market, and while my work may not be that great, I aim to defend our rights. The economy is rough on all of us right now, and SOME people make a living from this, and it is not a merely a hobby to them.
