Street Art should not damage property or be destructive.
On the contrary - it should be constructive.
It's like a constructive critique on society.
Or something like that.
And Art should be clever.
Art is the creation of something.
The play with the environment.
Stencilling onto streets is okay imO.
Guerilla gardening is fine.
Leaving other harmless traces as well.
Damaging property is not acceptable.
(With the acceptance exception of building fences - one can only do them good with paint and there is no economic loss there.)
