She is fanatical about Teeside/Cleveland, whatever you want to call it and has the endering quality of publicising the most bizarre events and not being surprised when they fail to meet their billing. Who will forget the arrival of the Christmas elephant or the least visually stimulating event ever, Unsilent night? Who will remember them???
She runs the People's Republic of Teesside with the same manic enthusiasm and has breathed new life into that group in a very short space of time.
