    Valeria Heine says:

"Michael was one of my first contacts here on flickr and is still one of my favorites. His kind words and encouraging comments always made my day. He definitely sees the world from a different perspective, which results in beautiful and unique photographs. Although the variety of photos he is capable of seem endless (colorful textures, portraits, selfs, candids), he still has a very recognizable and unique style that I love :)"

    Significant Effect Studios says:

"Visiting MHaight's photo page is like visiting a professional gallery. His style is his own, and stands out easily from most of the amateurs you see on flickr. His eye sees the urban, but with enough humility to keep pretension out of all but a handful of his pieces. His style forces the viewer to rethink their ideas about the power of imagination to scape the future. If we are not careful, MHaight could leave us all behind in the dust of the present.
Like any postmodern visual poet, MHaight's work is sometimes painful, occasionally genius, but always worth the look."

"I have seen loads of pictures here on Flickr, but mhaight's portraits are stunning in the true sense of the word, especially his sets on Tina, they are to die for.
If anyone aspires to take portraits, then they must look at his work and be amazed and inspired."

"Michael's a true artist and it's a treat whenever he posts new material. He's creative and technically adept, and the models are gorgeous! (If Tina had a profile, I'd write her a testimonial too!) One of the major reasons to BE on Flickr is the infusion of fresh ideas, and Michael never disappoints. Keep it coming, amigo!"

"I first came across Michael’s photographs by accident about a year ago. I was intrigued with how his photographs expressed a unique perspective on the world. His pictures have that certain style which sets him apart from the ordinary photographer. Beyond his technical expertise he has the ability to tell a story in each of his photographs. This photographer is definitely going places. We will all be saying “I knew him when.”"

"Being a cinematographer and photographer, I can truly appreciate Michael's eye for detail and attention to every nuance within the frame. His vision goes beyond the traditional and enters into the realm of the filmic wonder; each image holds a mystery, a deliberate unfinished story - a still from an unknown movie - and we are drawn into each photograph, wanting to find out more. Wanting to be a part of his world. You have such a gift my dear, share it with the world ;-)"
