I am an American currently living in Moscow, Russia. I have been here for more than two years now and find a lot of good and bad about it, like anywhere. I am originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area in the US.
I have been taking pictures for a long time and try to get better all of the time. I would like to do more with photography in a professional sense especially with travel and nature. I have been fortunate to visit a lot of the world, but there is much more I would like to see.
My equipment is:
Canon EOS 30D
Canon EF 18-55 mm lens
Tamaron 28-200 mm lens
Tamaron 100-300 mm lens/ don't know the F stops
Sony DSC-W70 to carry all of the time
A lot of Cokin filters I mostly bought as a group on Ebay
Cheapo Slik tripod
Off-brand release I bought for the Canon on Ebay. It is 15 meters long and works great. The official Canon model is only 2 feet and 4 times more expensive.
