In 2010, I quit my 9-5 to work full-time as a freelance Writer + Consultant. As a writer, I am passionate about connecting mainstream readers with underreported stories from developing nations, which is why I have been *absolutely loving* reporting from Africa for We Have Faith Media for the past few weeks! Stateside, I write about arts and culture, business, lifestyle and sustainability for regional media. I also help nonprofits raise funds and write grants. In my spare time, I like to swim, eat world foods, travel and watch those BBC ocean documentaries.
