OneWorld Now! and professional photographer, Eric Henderson (Brooklyn, NY) travel the world with one simple instrument: a 1950 Kodak Brownie Hawkeye. Eric shoots exclusively with the Brownie and has received notoriety in The New Yorker Magazine and has exhibited at The Studio Museum in Harlem among other venues.

We teach young people (so far, ages 5 - 12) how to use the camera.

Then we say, "Here. Tell your own story." They go and shoot, unaccompanied, returning only for more film.

There is a conversation between the simple mechanical utility of this camera and the sensibility that we only have access to when we are kids. The result is truths that we will not see otherwise.

Big hands can't take these pictures.

We'll keep it moving, keep shooting, keep learning. It's humbling every time.
