My time at Flickr has been very educational and inspirational . I joined in late Sept. 2006 after receiving my first dslr and I've been passionate about shooting every day since. Photography has always been my personal passion but most of my learning happened after I went digital and found flickr.

My main camera bag currently holds my D700 (replacing my D80 as of 12/27/08), Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8, Nikkor 85mm 1.4, Nikkor 105mm VR, Nikkor 50mm 1.8, a Kenko light meter, a SB600 and an assortment of other little gadgets. I'm known to also cart around a reflector and/or diffuser. :)

I use Bowens strobes for studio work fitted with Softboxes most times and I mostly use Silverlake backdrops.

I love faces and I adore natural light so I think it's natural that I've progressed the most in this area and that this is the type of photography you'll see most in my stream. I am enjoying my studio work far more now that I am building up a collection of backdrops I love.

I'm challenging myself in other areas and you'll see additional work that I hope will help to gage progress in those areas.
