It's me, and not an imitation.

After my wife got me a Canon Rebel 2000 to satisfy my technical and artistic sides, I took a few photo classes at the community college to learn the basics, and get some experience.

I thank my wife, and teacher/mentor (Mr Costano) for this photo passion I now have.

I still only deal in film, and darkroom. I attempt to print my own as much as I can. Unfortunately, my darkroom is still waiting to be built. Fortunately, the drugstore puts the photos on CD, so I can share.

I much prefer printing my own, burning, dodging, and color correction. The Jellies look so bland with the average meter reading. 12 seconds in the darkroom took care of that. :-)

Most of these are over 2 years old. Trust me, I've gotten better at composition, but sometimes I still tend to shoot the obvious rather then tweaking it up to turn it into art.

My tastes tend toward trains, and architectural photography which can lend itself to symmetry. An FLW building inspires something in me to search for the unusual. Never a bad shot in an FLW building. The man was a genius.
