For me photography is both a technical and creative challenge, and a way to keep myself busy at parties. My first SLR was a Minolta XG-1; it was an eighth-grade graduation present. I still have it, in perfect condition. In addition to that, I now have:
- Minolta X-700, w/50mm f/1.4 Rokkor-X, 28mm f/2.8 Rokkor-X, 35-105 f/3.5 Rokkor-X, and a cheesy 19-35mm f/3.5.
- Canonet QL17-III
- Canonet QL28
- Canon SD870IS
- Nikon D7000
The latter really gets all the use these days, but I occasionally go skinny-dipping with film.
