We believe international volunteering promotes cross-cultural learning and exchanges that triggers the wheels of positive change into action through the utilization of skills, exchange of ideas, global awareness, and friendship. We believe that societies have different needs and require different assistance. We do not step in to identify and solve their problems for them. We work with them in identifying problems and developing solutions. They are the major beneciaries thus should be the major stakeholders in the share of interest and concern.
