I live alone with Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia..
Because of those syndroms I do have severe troubles of concentration AND memory.
SO PLEASE ADMIN & MODERATORS OF GROUPS READ THIS
Do not ban me if I send a pic I had already send or queued or purpose a pic refused in the past !!
Do not ban me if sometimes I do not comment straight away, then I do it later.
Anyway I do my BEST to follow the rules.
I am fed up with misunderstanding people who practice discrimination against disable people !!

The Haute Autorité de Lutte contre les Discriminations et pour l’Egalité (HALDE – The French Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination Commission) is an independent statutory authority, established by law on 30 December 2004.
The HALDE supports and implements actions to prevent discrimination and promote equal treatment in cooperation with multiple social actors : administration institutions, enterprises, associations, industrial partners, etc.
WHAT IS DISCRIMINATION ?
Discrimination is unequal treatment on the grounds of a criterion prohibited by law, in an area covered by the law.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN CRITERIA PROHIBITED BY LAW ?
18 discrimination criteria are prohibited by the French law : age, gender, origin, family/marital status, way of life, genetic characteristics, actual or assumed belonging to an ethnic group, nation or race, physical appearance, DISABILITY, HEALTH CONDITION, pregnancy, surname, political opinion, religious beliefs, and trade union activity.
(A moderator of a Group has blocked me with an abusive Power because I forgot to comment sometimes, BUT when the bannishment fell, I was commenting there massively !!!!!!!!!!!! TOTALLY INCREDIBLE SITUATION !!!)
I do love commenting during hours, but I confess I do not do all the time, or not at the right moment. I prefer making beautiful comments that shall give tears to a person than making many with two words and the logo and good buy until next post !!
I every day receive missive from members of Flickr Community that thanks myself about my opinion I let on their stream, if I just follow the rules, it will end, and I won't satisfy the members as they like !!
My goal is to please people, to make them happy, I do love to take much time to do that, more time than for me to say the truth.
I have several hundreds pics to post on Flickr, but I prefer satisfy the pleasure of other members here than mine. I insist on that point. In my life, this is mostly the other before me, if I do not sometimes, the disease is between me and the others !!

Effectivement je te comprends d'autant mieux que moi aussi je suis de temps en temps "banni" pour avoir :
Soit une panne de web et là ben je suis perdu et je ne peux adresser leurs awards lénifiants alors que je suis dans le groupe en train de "m'exécuter".
Soit, comme je fais plusieurs trucs en même temps (je télécharge, je retouche, je réponds à un pote et ça ce n'est que pour mes fenêtres Flickr ouvertes car je ne parle pas de toutes mes autres fenêtres (de mon job en Communication agence dont je suis le boss...)
Soit une jolie fille passe par là et me voilà alors complètement idiot à en oublier même mon chat qui renverse mon café sur mon bureau
Soit c'est ma femme qui arrive et qui m'embrasse si chaleureusement que je laisse Flickr, le job et tous les terriens pour lui dire combien je suis heureux de la voir à chacun de ses apparitions

enfin je suis sûr que j'en oublie... car en plus, moins que toi certainement, c'est certain, j'ai une très courte mémoire temporelle. j'ai du mal avec "l'immédiat" à tel point que c'est pour cela que depuis 2 ans je fais de la photo avec l'esprit suivant
L'instinct de l'instant... car sinon tout m'échappe !!

voilà. Il est effectivement inadmissible d'être banni sans avoir a possibilité ne serait ce que de s'excuser !!!
Nous vivons avec des fraternités d'hypocrites bien pensants au chaud dans nos économies virtuelles comme bon nombre de ces Flickeriens se prenant pour de virtuels artistes alors que nous ne sommes que des preneurs d'image !
bon je me calme et rien que pour le focus que tu as fait je t'aime !
Les autres je les bannis... de mon esprit...

I understand you actually even better that I too am sometimes "banished" for:
Is a power web and there well I'm lost and I can not send their awards soothing when I'm in the group trying to "execute me"
Or, as I do several things at once (I download, I touch, I answer a friend and it only for my windows open Flickr because I'm not talking about all my other windows (my job in Communications agency which I am the boss ...)
Is a pretty girl passes by and I am so completely stupid to forget even my cat spilled my coffee on my desk
My wife is coming so warmly embraced me and I let Flickr, the job and all the land to tell him how happy I am to see each of his appearances
Or ...
Finally, I'm sure I forget ... because in addition, certainly less than you, for sure, I have a very short time memory. I have trouble with "immediately" to the extent that that is why I am 2 years of the photo with the following lines
The instinct of the moment ... because otherwise I forget everything!

that's it. It is indeed unacceptable to be banned without a possibility if only to apologize!
We live with the brotherhood of right-thinking hypocrites warm in our virtual economies as many of these are taking Flickeriens of virtual artists as we're only policyholders image!
