A crafty Aquarian traveller with a love of all things woolly.... and let's not talk about the woolly Hat obsession.

We live in a bus that we converted ourselves for life on the road (travelling mainland Europe) and have published a book (on Hats if you must know. Yeah, really) with another in process..

It's all on da blog.

    The Erssie Knits Collection says:

"I am a proud owner of a classic Woolly Wormhead design, let's just say there aren't enough cold days in the British calendar as I would gladly wear a woolly hat any day. You can see the classic WW hat pattern for the Hex Hat designed by Ruth Paisley in Knitty.com

I have also knitted with some Woolly Wormhead hand dyed yarn and you can see the results in my Flickr album. I loved the spaces between the yarns, there was no amateur pooling and wonderful self stripes that appeared by magic. I was also pleased with the price, having got one hat entirely with this yarn, another hat with solid stripes from another yarn and this yarn, and still a lot left over from 100g of this British Breed Wensleydale. An absolute bargain, the yardage is fantastic per weight. I think she still has some left to sell, get in there quickly before anyone else does."
