Wanna be artist, craftsperson, writer, poet, mother, sister, lover. I'm a 49 year old mother of two beautiful teenagers who have autism. For many years I have used my creativity as a way to relax, have fun and to do something that was 'just for me'.

I recently discovered ATC's and zentangles and am enjoying attempting both. I knit badly, my sewing machine hates me although I enjoy hand sewing. I enjoy crafts generally but consider myself a jack of all trades, master of none.
If you would like to trade ATC's or something else please just ask.I am also a member of swapbot but have only just begun swapping over there. I am happy to do private trades.

I love books and reading and have a special interest in children's books and encouraging little ones to love books and reading. I also enjoy photography and hope to one day learn more about using a camera and taking good photos.

I love all things vintage and collect a very eclectic mix of things including vintage jewellery, greeting cards, paper scraps, swap cards, children's books, owls, christmas decorations and more. I also love miniature things and see another collection in the making!

I live with my partner, 2 children, 3 spoilt cats and 2 spoilt puppies on a small semi rural acreage. We enjoy the rural setting and the visits from birds and other wildlife that is a part of our daily routine. Nature gives me a sense of peace and much inspiration.
