I love old cars, roadshows and historic car museums, hill climbs and rallies for old cars (I myself participate with my '71 BMW).

A few months ago I started wirh a documentation about hood ornaments and collect photos and background-stories about the figures (how it comes to, who was the designer, on which car they were used ...).
Of course I need a lot photos for my project - therefore I travel a lot around to road shows and museums to make pictures. But still I lack some, especially american prewar cars.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me out of the community of flickr here. If you can, please get in contact to me to name brands, types and figures.

My camera equipment:
Canon 350D with normal objective
Canon 550D with Tamron 18-270 mm.
For snapshots I use a canon pocket.
