Ich bin geboren im Jahr der Watergate Affäre und des zweiten deutschen Fussballweltmeistertitels. Beides hat allerdings nie so recht meine Aufmerksamkeit erregen können.
Wenn ich nicht gerade Windkraftanlagen simuliere, reise ich viel in der Weltgeschichte rum, um meine diversen Hobbies zu pflegen (s.u.).
Dabei hatte ich bisher meistens meine Olympus im Gepäck, die jetzt leider das Zeitliche gesegnet hat. Angemessen abgelöst wurde sie von einer gebrauchten Nikon D50, mit der ich jetzt mit wechselhaftem Erfolg versuche, meine Umgebung in schönen Fotos und mit Vorliebe in Panoramabildern festzuhalten.



I was born in the year of the Watergate affair and the second German football world championship title. Both however could never quite so much attract my attention.
When I am not busy simulating wind turbines, I like travelling wherever I can pursue my various Hobbies (see below). Most of the time I used to carry my Olympus with me, which unfortunately gave up the ghost recently. It was appropriately replaced by a second-hand Nikon D50, with which I now try (with varying success) to capture my environment in beautiful photos and - most preferably - in panoramic pictures.
