About Me...
Not much to tell in the way of photography. I am just a point and shoot hack currently using a dSLR as well as a point and shoot and a camera phone. I just enjoy taking photos. It is fun. It gets me out of the house and occasionally, I accidentally snap a photo I am actually happy with. ;)
I mostly enjoy taking photos of nature: landscapes, trees, animals. I also enjoy dilapidated barns and buildings and farm country in general. My other interest is in family photos and portraits but I don't post those on the internet.
My current stuff will be taken from my Olympus E-620:
and occasionally with my Panasonic TZ4:
and some mobile snaps with my iPhone's camera phone:
Some older stuff will be taken with cameras that I no longer own or use. These include the Olympus E-510, Nikon D50 and D40x dSLRs and Panasonic FZ7 and Panasonic FZ18 bridge cams. Some will also be with a Fuji F20 (which my wife now uses), a Nikon Coolpix 4300 and a Fuji Finepix 2400. The latter 2 have long since bit the dust. A few are from my old Nikon N50 and N80 film SLRs.
The really, really ancient stuff will be scans from various old point and shoot film cameras from the 70ies and 80ies.
I enjoy my family, our pets and other animals, photography, fishing, music, the outdoors, darts and surfing the internet to name a few things.
