We feel that in order to create positive change, one must become aware of one's self, one's community, and the surrounding world. One of the most powerful ways to discover all three of these areas is through the service of others. For British Indians, this exploration can often involve a connection to India.

As Indians growing up in the West, we often encounter questions about our identity. As we seek to define ourselves and our role in the world, we negotiate tradition and modernity to create our own hybrid cultures. Connect India strives to understand the British Indian experience, and through thoughtfully designed programmes, empower individuals to positively engage with their local and global communities.

Our goals provide direction for our organisation and each of the programmes we design and implement. We seek to:
- Help young British Indians discover their interests and passions.
- Empower participants to realise their potential to make positive change in the world.
- Develop a new generation of role models in the British Indian community.
- Achieve sustainable social returns through each programme and initiative
