I love organizing. I am constantly thinking about it - but I'm definitely not a minimalist. I would go crazy if everything is concealed. I'm proud to say I put unbelievable amount of thought and time when I organize. I don't pick up a storage box unless it's pretty and functional. I guess that's why I have less decorative stuff in my house because I'd rather have something that has purposes.

For 5 years we lived in a 750sq ft 1 bedroom apartment and we recently moved in our first home last year. It is still small at approx 1000 sq ft but that's when my organizational skills come in handy. I try to have places for everything so it's always nice and tidy we still have space to walk around in this small house ;)

If you want my 2 cents for organizing -

you have to leave some space to grow when organizing. I often see bookcase or shelf STUFFED every inch but I wonder what would you do if you get another book?

My another rule when organizing is to have "functionality" If I hide everything I need, that's not really functional. That's why I'm definitely not a minimalist.

Something you should know if you fav my apartment photos:
I periodically go through my photos and delete ones I don't like any more. I usually do so when I have a better version of the same subject.
