No, what photograph aficionados like me want is something special, some "X" factor that makes me look at a picture and go "Woah! I think my love muscle just imploded!"   There's something about her use of colour and her composition of disparate elements into one gestalt whole that really catches the eye. It’s like the first time I saw some of her work in a gallery in Utrecht - as soon as I laid eyes on her work's subversion of orthodox photographic iconography, I said to myself, "Holy SHIT, man - the sassy little foto-fox is squirting some serious art-jizz directly into my MIND."
  
  I've followed Koko's career for 3 years now, and sometimes when I look at her stuff, I'm blown away by the subtleties of texture and tone, of light and shade. It's gotten to the stage where I have to carry a spare pair of underpants when I want to see her work hanging in a gallery, just in case my sense of aesthetics explodes insides my pants and covers my crotch in hot, moist appreciation for her talent.
  
  Anyways, that's what I dig about Koko's photography. And you people who think I like it just 'cos she's a chick - you guys are COLD, dude. If you can't cope with the fact that I like photography that reaches out of the frame and grabs my attention-gun in a hot, vice-like grip and squeezes until it fires, then you need some serious therapy - you fucking WEIRDOS."
