Hi I'm Jeff M. from Kansas City, Missouri. I am starting this Flikr to post photos from my weight loss journey. On Monday February 7th I am starting the Genghis Grill Health Kwest "A Healthier Khan" contest. I will be eating one of my meals at Genghis Grill everyday for 90 days and starting an exercise program. I can't wait to begin and start shedding pounds.
