Hello there!

I hope you enjoy my photos. Comments and criticisms are always welcome - I always look at the photostreams of those who care to share their thoughts.

My main work is in floral, botanical, still lifes and landscape photography - though I dabble in other genre as well. I like working with black and white best and try to give my images texture and depth using various methods to simulate different processing techniques and film types.

I show my work actively in the Pacific Northwest and occasionally other galleries throughout the US.

On flickr, you can find me administering the Washington State Wildflowers group and participating in Utata and many of the Black & White, Critique, Canon, Photoshop, macro, floral, Seattle, and landscape groups.

In the summer of 2009, I began approaching my photography in a much more serious way, exhibiting my work in several galleries and at various exhibitions throughout the US. The Fine Print about Prints and Usage:
Due to a recent string of unethical users making use of my images I have had to revoke my Creative Commons license for most of my photos and make them all fully copyrighted, all rights reserved. I have also had to restrict access for blogging and viewing of larger sizes as well as start including various visible and embedded waterrmarks. This is an unfortunate but necessary action, required to protect my work.
