I retain the copyright to all photos in my stream, in other words they are "all rights reserved." Do not use them for your commercial website, blog, art project, magazine article or international advertising campaign without permission. I can be contacted via flickrmail to obtain permission for use of my photos.

I enable downloading of high-res original versions of my photos for the benefit of people whom I may have photographed for their personal, private, non-web use.

Do not re-upload them under your account to Flickr or any other photo-site (photobucket, imageshack, picasa, smugmug, webshots, snapfish, shutterfly, kodak, etc).

Please feel free to "favorite" them or hotlink to them with a link to the page on which they appear. You can even link back to your account in the comments of my photos. Read the Flickr Guidelines for clarification.
