Just relocated from NYC to Seattle June 2010...
I'm a graduate of the Natural Gourmet School for Health & Culinary Arts. My formal training is in vegetarian/vegan food, with an emphasis on health-supportive food preparation. I'm available to cater private events + small-scale dinners.
A bit of a contradiction...I completed my internship at How Sweet It Is- www.howsweetitispastry.com on the LES where I learned pastry production, cookies, cakes, and other beautiful sweets. I am also available to make special order confections for any occasion.
