"Ah, to be brief or a windbag…there is no excuse for this belated letter of admiration and writing a testimonial shouldn’t be so daunting, especially when I’m simultaneously bursting at the seams with adulation for Frances’ images and at a loss for the glory found within. Where else can mermaids and dead animals mingle with Idols and slime molds and other scientific wonders? Where else exist the wit, spit, and punk rock of Portland, Brooklyn, and DC? She conjures up the voodoo, our lady of rust and reflection. The kid won’t often be *in* the picture, but she does put a lot of herself into them. For that, I am grateful and inspired. It’s nice to get your ass kicked into gear by someone else’s creative modes. So get in there and view the large sizes!…and see her other streams!…and come back for all the lovely things you missed the first and second times!"
