Amateur photographer living in Nottingham. Vegan, age 41, not currently working due to long term illness.

Note; I have made my photos on here available on non-comm/attrib creative commons license (this only applies to the small versions posted on flickr). I also sell prints via Photobox (well, OFFER prints for sale more accurately).

Please do NOT waste my time contacting me to ask if you can have free use of my pics for your commercial project because at best I will say no unless you pay me. People who do this and then don't even reply to my follow up are really starting to piss me off.

If my pics aren't good enough for you to pay for them then I'm not going to undermine photographers whose pictures are worthy of payment, nor the various agencies who some people rely on for a living.

On the other hand if you just need a random pic to illustrate your blog or you're doing a school project that's generally ok but it would be nice to be told and don't forget the credit.

I consider councils, government agencies and large charities to be included in commercial use btw. Charities MAY get free usage, depends if I believe in what you are doing.

Oh and if you do use my pics outside the terms of the license get used to that crick in your neck from looking over your shoulder.
