I am an avid photographer still learning the ropes and working on finding my “photographic voice” if you will. All that is simply another way of saying that I have to work to support my photography. I am an intellectual property lawyer litigating about copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and patents. As I say elsewhere, I will continue to focus on intellectual property litigation until the National Geographic adds me to its staff of photographers. My law firm is not overly concerned about that actually occurring, but I am hoping that this picture blog will improve my photography.
