I am just a girl in her twenties. . . I studied watercolor at the university level and I enjoy making large scale watercolor paintings, particularly with the figure as my subject. I love the expressive nuances of the human body in all its varied forms, and nothing pleases me more than pouring over a beautiful face for hours on end, studying the subtle details that give an individual their identity -- and then recreating their image in my own vision.
In 2010 I became involved with the hobby of ABJDs and my life has changed very much since that first doll came into it. As an artist -- and a girl :D -- there is something very powerful and magical about these little frozen people andI I have found it inspiring to incorporate my resin friends into my larger artistic vision.
