I've been asked why some of my free photos say "not for reselling". While alot of these images (from Dover) are copyright free (see above), I've also taken the time and expense to post them here for us to use, (along with some of my personal photos of ephemera) and I don't like the fact that someone can come here and take these images and make money from them, in selling collage images or CD's. If they want to do that they they can go straight to the source or somewhere else to obtain them. Of course I know there are going to be some people that will do this and there's no way I can stop them, but I hope this group of people who I do "see" alot here on flickr are honest and also willing to share what they have to the furtherance of the "artist" community here on flickr.
