Sincitizen's photostream

I like taking pictures. It makes me happy.
I hate having my picture taken.
My mom used to chase us around with her Kodak 110 and disposable flash strips and take loads of pictures of us (my brother and I, that is). My first camera was a disk film camera (anyone remember those?) when I was like 12. I never graduated to 35 mm... I went a completely different route.
Now I'm an art student, and the photography bug has bitten me hard (like a pit bull!)... My sister-in-law is a really good photographer and looking at her pictures has inspired me. I graduated to 35 mm and digital. Now I can't imagine taking pictures on anything other than an SLR.
I'm also a father, and now I chase my kids around snapping pictures of them... and hopefully someday they will write something like this...
