I finally decided to renew my Pro account after a year long hiatus. Last year was largely barren. A couple of good shoots but little to publish. For a while the inspiration failed me but I am please to say it is coming back. So now I should have some images worth sharing.

I've been playing around with cameras for over 30 years now. During that time I have done some professional work, weddings, portraits etc. but I never made it my full time occupation. These days I just stick to trying to take interesting pictures. I have exhibited and sold a few of my works and I plan to do more.

My two main passions are waterscapes and abstract, a bit of a contrast there. I live near the beach on the west coast of New Zealand so, for some reason, the sea appears in a lot of my work. Other than that I like to try and find the unusual in the everyday, trying to make common objects into abstract shapes.
