Why photography and why Flickr?
Photography is helping me to look at every day things in more detail and from different perspectives.
Flickr because it forces me to be critical about my shots before I post them and I can share those I like.
I use a Pentax K10D camera with;
Pentax SMC-FA 100mm f2.8 for macro
Pentax-DA 55-300mm f4-5.8 for wildlife
Tamron SP FA 17-35mm f2.8-4 Di LD for scenery
Rarely used;
Tamron 18-250mm f3.5-6.3 Di II LD macro for travel
Getting my hands on these lenses (second hand) has effectively stopped a recent surge of camera envy where I covetted my Brother Mike's Cannon EOS 5D Mk2 - I am now back in love with my K10D but would very much like to have a fling with the new Pentax K5!
