I have been taking photos for a very long time, since I got my first own camera when I was 7 years old. I hope it shows, that I made a lot of photos in the last 29 years.

Some years later I finally made the jump to my first real camera, a Canon AE-1. I still have it, but haven't used it for years. I had learnt shortly before I got it to develop black and white films and paper at school. I took B&W for most of my time and still like it and will try to switch to B&W from time to time. As I own a B&W lab I am quite proficient in developing photos.

Some months ago I finally got a DSLR (I had used a Digital IXUS V2 for some time), a EOS 5D. I finally find fun in shooting again, some of the images you can find in my collection. I slowly get my equipment back to a state I am comfortable with.

If you wonder about the icon, I am very interested in raytracing and am developing a Raytracer. That is one of the images I created quite some time ago and still like.
