Obsessed with my MINI, and sunset/sunrises.

I started out on Flickr just to host MINI pictures. Then I had some nice sunsets, so why not. To justify Flickr as a business expense, I have some token house pictures. Then I discovered there is another world, and haven't looked back!

Taking photos is therapeutic. I'm lazy, so almost all my shots are from home or the car. Prescott is a beautiful place in it's own way. But if I want to escape, Flickr is a cheap trip to exotic lands.

I still have the Olympus OM2n that hundreds of slides were exposed with. One of these days I'll digitize my favorites. Started with a FujiFilm camera when I signed up on Flickr, too automatic for me. The current Canon PowerShot A570 is a nice camera, especially for the price; and it's fun to get a few outstanding shots out of it!

Edit 3/1/01: I am a conservative nationalist (vs. Republican corporatist), I've been a Republican for many years, but I know many politicians are RINOs (Rep. In Name Only). I believe the 1st Ammendment is America's best invention; I abhor those who censor in any way the opinions that are contrary to theirs.
