I am amazed at the picture quality of photographers' works and I mostly look for more information on their profile page which is also mostly ... empty.

So I decided I better start by writing a decent profile of myself...


I live in light, colours, movement and time... and I enjoy it!

I started photography as a teenager in the 80s mostly shooting young women, my brothers and nature in B&W. I had the luck to mess around with a Nikon (F3 if I remember right) and developed the images myself. One day I will post some of those pictures.

After this I concentrated on music (I play double bass) and started a music collective.

The urge to 'catch time' recently turned into 'creating subjective pictures' and I feel the need to concentrate more on photography.

Flickr is perfect for this as it allows to grow by watching other people's work and making connections with them.
