We are the economic development agency for the City of Atlanta focused on:
•stimulating job growth by providing gap financing to existing small businesses and selling Atlanta to businesses out-of-state
•financing workforce housing so families can afford to live in the City
•making capital investments in neglected areas of the City

We use gap financing tools such as down-payment assistance, low interest business loans, business recruitment services, tax exempt bonds, tax increment funding and tax credits.
